This rant is a time-honored favorite of mine. I would also guess that, all in all,
it's also Dec's most well-known piece of work, as this is the one rant I've seen
the most quoted and posted on the intertubes by random people during all my
years of researching Francis. In many ways this comes as no surprise, as it
serves both like his official "manifesto" and as a sort of "primer", or introduction
to all his other claims of what the Computer God is doing to us under its mad
reign -- much like the rant on "Astrocism" serves as an introduction to the
"history" behind the Computer God that Dec invented! ¹

In this rant, we are introduced to the horror of life under the Computer God, as well as an overview of
how its incessant mind control works and what horrors its reign brings with it. The rant also contains
another of my favorite examples of the almost-incomprehensible, run-on word salads sometimes
inherent in Dec's writings, namely: "GANGSTER GOVERNMENT EYESIGHT T.V. GANGSTER SPY
CAMERAS. C. GOD “NEW WORLD ORDER” DEGENERATION with “GIFTED” with ALL
GANGSTER FRANKENSTEIN CONTROLS NIGER DEADLY GANGSTER PARROTING PUPPET OR
NIGER BRAIN PROGRAMMED ROBOTS DEADLY APE FRANKENSTEIN MACHINES". Phew!!
Speaking of which, I sure hope y'all like ALLCAPS, because you'll be seeing a lot of it in this rant!

In spite of the rant's capitalization and rambling, twisted sentences, transcribing it was not all
that difficult. But what to do with the wonderful diagram-like illustration created by Francis (which,
incidentally, constitutes the only illustration I've ever seen him include in any of his rants thus far) and
present at the top of the original rant? I opted to keep this artwork in my adaptation, both to honor
Francis' artistic abilities and so that it could supplement my own art (or vice versa) and go along with
the words in the audio recording! Now, the whole world can truly LOOK AT THE PICTURE and
SEE THE SKULL (and the part of bone removed), as well as make out all the deadly Gangster
Frankenstein Controls! Classy!

When uploading this rant, I also decided to clean up and re-master its accompanying audio recording, which was originally recorded all the way back in the mid-1980s and hence of very poor quality due to having been continually copied and re-copied by Dec enthusiasts throughout the years.
I am aware that the results of my re-mastering process are not entirely perfect, but I still feel this
version is of far better quality than the original version, which featured so much background hissing
and static that it almost drowned out the magnificent vocals. Let me know what you think!

For your listening pleasure, this rant also features an alternative audio recording, also made by
Doc Britton (for all you Dec connoisseurs, this is the mysterious "sixth track" as spoken of by
Donna Kossy in her essay on Francis!). Said recording was uncovered in 2006 by Fanclub member
"WinnieMaeAirplane"! The track, although sadly a bit incomplete near the beginning, has also been
re-mastered and repaired as best as possible by yours truly in order to remove static and improve the
overall sound quality. Just look for a link to it at the bottom of the pop-up window that opens when you
hit "Click Here to Listen!" The music makes me think of a 70s porno. Uh, y'know, in a good way! ²
